Hostería San Roque welcomes you to our city. Our goal is to offer you comfortable rooms, first class services and attention in charge of gentle and helpful people, so you will enjoy a gratifying stay.
Our commitment to our country has led us to rescue one of the oldest houses in Lambayeque. San Pedro de Lambayeque was founded in the mid-sixteenth century for the recollection of Indians, but the decline of the town of Saña - then the largest city in the region, caused the aristocrats of the time to move their residences to Lambayeque that is now, a historic town.
We have renovated a beautiful old manor house respecting the architecture and cared to include, also, everything you need to make your stay pleasant. We have spacious bedrooms, three courtyards, a beautiful wooden bar, a large pool, and a privileged location in the central street of the city of Lambayeque, just one block from the Cathedral and seven from the Royal Tombs of Sipan.
Hosteria San Roque is located in a building dating mostly from the mid-nineteenth century, but evident remains of a building of much greater antiquity, as is the well which is in the third courtyard, next to the pool. La Hosteria is surrounded; also by many colonial and Republican landmarks that await your visit.
In Lambayeque you can find both mansions dating from the colonial era (such as the beautiful Cuneo House, House Descalzi and House Montjoy or the Lodge) and the Republic (some of them, from the early twentieth century, attest the passage of style Art Nouveau in northern Peru).
