In the ancient Peru there was an Inca that turned the Inca’s empire, making monumental buildings with huge, this was Pachacutec Inca who command to build his palace in haukaypata, today we can see part of this monumental building, in the Wasi Qasana today Restaurant Pachacutec Grill & Bar that hosts the spirit of greatness, located in the main square of Cusco.
Today you can visit this Q'asana or Palace in the Restaurant Pachacutec Grill & Bar and enjoy delicious dishes as Baked Cuy and Alpaca and fusion dishes such as lamb tortellines with tomato sauce or a delicious trout in a purple corn sauce with quinoto. Our decor is inspired by Tocapus (Inca’s Iconography). You can also appreciate an original Inca’s wall with 4 meters high by 8 meters long, with three niches. While you enjoy our meal you can hear and enjoy the pleasant music with tipic andean dances, experiencing the ancient Inca’s energy.
